We collect: name, Discord username, optional company, the brief you write, chat messages, language, and technical logs needed to run the site.

We use this data only to answer you, deliver Architecture Only or Full Build, and keep the operator lab working.

We do not sell data. We do not send marketing email. We do not use email as a contact channel.

Data is stored in the application database. Operators can export a backup. You may ask us, via Discord or site chat, to close a request.

Legal bases: contract (your request), and legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, backups).

Retention: active requests and chat while the work is open, then as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling, then deletion or anonymisation.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction under GDPR, via Discord or the site chat.

Security: signed-in operator routes, parameterized queries, rate limits, input limits, and no public listing of other people’s requests.
